New Heart Solutions, LLC was founded by Daniel Tinsman in 2016 and is based out of Phoenix, AZ. After decades of doing Information Technology work for other entities, I decided to start his own business and to incorporate a characteristic that seemed to be missing from the industry, empathy.
Understanding how frustrating computers and technology can be, especially it seemed for loved ones – my patience and attention to detail yielded a much needed skillset. I am passionate about helping and teaching others how to use computers as they can be so many things to so many people and they can be used for myriad purposes.
I am an excellent troubleshooter and provides remote assistance as well as in-person resolutions. Showing others how to use computers efficiently is extremely rewarding. I’ve done work for The University of Phoenix, Apollo Group, CompuCom, Alutiiq, FEMA, American Traffic Solutions, and was a Sergeant in the US Army. (’97-’05)
New Heart Solutions welcomes residential and small business customers in the greater Phoenix area. As a partner with Sophos and NinjaRMM, remote support can be granted to anyone, anywhere, so long as there is a stable Internet connection.
